PARTS SPECIALIST

MCM Truck Repair continues to grow and we are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join our successful team. As a Parts Specialist you will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Must have computer proficiency.
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Maintaining relationships with established customers and building relationships with potential customers.
• Determining customers parts needs through use of catalog, computer programs and parts knowledge.
• Maintaining knowledge of products, services and parts.
• Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts and updating parts records.
• Locating available parts for Mechanics.
• Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping.
